Genius Hour: Week 3

Today was day one of testing out a recipe! I started with a recipe which I was very excited to test out. The recipe was from Sally’s Baking Addiction. I have had lots of success in the past with recipes from her blog. One of my favorite components of using her recipes is her very detailed explanation of what you should be considered.

So here's the verdict for this week:

I LOVED the cookie! This cookie cake had a soft and chewy texture. Personally, a chewy texture is central to what I consider to be a good cookie, and this definitely was the case with this recipe. I look forward to continuing with this process.
