Genius Hour: Week 4

And the baking continues!

This next week was dedicated to creating a double chocolate chip cookie. After last week’s success, I was eager to go in a different direction and try a different kind of cookie rather than just a variation of a chocolate chip cookie. Being a chocolate fanatic, I figured that double chocolate was the way to go.

Here is a picture of the final result! The ice cream ended up being a great idea with the combination of hot and cold enhancing the experience significantly. However, the texture was not as as "amazing" as I had hoped, but nonetheless, it was pretty delicious!
